Tickets & Entry

● Each ticket admits one person for the specified date and time.
● Tickets once booked are non-refundable.
● In case of park closure due to weather or maintenance, visitors may reschedule their visit within 7 days.

● Tickets are non-transferable.
● Entry is subject to park capacity and staff guidance.

Visitor Conduct & Safety

● Respect the birds — do not disturb, chase, or handle them outside supervised areas.
● Feeding is allowed only in designated zones.
● Offensive behavior or unsafe conduct may result in removal from the park.
● Children must be supervised at all times.
● Management may close rides or attractions temporarily for safety or maintenance
without prior notice.

Prohibited Items

● Outside food, alcohol, pets, and smoking are not allowed inside the park.
● Bags may be checked at entry for security purposes.
● Drones and professional photo/video shoots require prior approval from management.

Weather & Maintenance Disclaimer

Certain attractions may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions or maintenance work.
Management’s decision in such cases will be final.

or for any health issues arising from negligence during your visit.
